Dr. Roland Baiza

Dr. Roland Baiza understands the trust women place in him during some of the most special and challenging times of life and wants every patient to feel assured that they were given the best care available. As a gifted surgeon, Dr. Baiza also serves as an instructor for laparoscopic hysterectomies.

Dr. Meredith Cassidy

Dr. Meredith Cassidy strives to give each patient excellent care. In all that she does as a doctor, she seeks to show Christ’s love and compassion.

Dr. Larry O’Connell

Dr. Larry O’Connell brings a great mix of clinical and surgical experience to Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates and serves as an instructor for laparoscopic hysterectomy techniques. He enjoys and is experienced in caring for women of every age, from teens through menopause.

Dr. David Stark

Dr. David Stark is concerned with helping patients with their gynecological and obstetric issues. As an accomplished surgeon, he serves as an instructor for laparoscopic hysterectomies. Dr. Stark’s goal is to foster trust and help each patient have a positive experience through his care.

Dr. Kevin Weary

Dr. Kevin Weary strives to serve each patient as if she were a family member. He considers it an honor to care for women during pregnancies and deliveries. In addition, Dr. Weary has a special interest in laparoscopic hysterectomy, serving as an instructor for these techniques.

Carolyn Patrick, MSN, NP

Carolyn Patrick has taught nursing at the college level. She enjoys working with women of all ages and phases of their lives.

Amy Quist, MSN, NP

Amy Quist concentrates on preventative healthcare. She believes in honoring individual differences and making women’s healthcare compassionate, comfortable, and nonjudgmental.

Stacey Shaw, MSN, NP

Stacey Shaw enjoys empowering women through education. She has lectured on sexually transmitted infections at multiple high schools.

Terry Parker, MSN, NP

Terry Parker has been a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years.
