Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates understands that labor and delivery is one of the most important events in a woman's life. We respect all patients desires to achieve the labor experience they wish with the benefit of our experience. All birth plans are honored and we will assist you in developing a plan that meets your needs.
We care for normal pregnancy and childbirth as well as high-risk pregnancies. We have delivered over 20,000 babies and will put our wealth of experience to work for you. Some of the more common high risk complications we care for are:
- Multiple pregnancy: Twins, Triplets, etc.
- Premature Labor and Delivery
- Incompetent Cervix
- Lupus
- Chronic Hypertension
- Gestational Diabetes
- We also will care for patients who desire VBAC or vaginal birth after cesarean
