To schedule an appointment, please call our main office, (719) 442-0808, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For non-emergent situations, we will return your call during the same morning or afternoon. For emergencies, we do our best to see you the same day. If you call our office with an urgent situation, please tell us right away, so that we may give you top priority. For after-hours emergencies, the on-call physician can be reached via the main office number, (719) 442-0808.
We participate in many PPOs, HMOs and most major insurance
including Tri-Care. We request that you bring complete insurance information to each of your appointments. If you are rendered services that are covered by insurance, our office staff will file insurance claims for those services. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Our billing staff can be reached directly at (719) 622-3437 and will be happy to answer your questions.
